- Our therapists are committed to building positive, supportive relationships with our NDIS participants by:
- Align therapeutic goals with the participants goals in their NDIS plan as well as any additional goals that support those NDIS goals;
- Develop a therapeutic plan to best meet their individual needs and goals;
- Use established evidence-based frameworks within the therapeutic relationship;
- Maximise value for money and avoid duplication of therapeutic supports;
- Provide our participants with a service agreement for services with an agreed pricing structure that is aligned to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits;
- Show respect to participants in aspects of therapeutic care in a person-centred way;
- Transparency in client notes and reporting requirements
