- We offer this service along with level 2 Support Coordination. Often we can combine the level 2 and level 3 to better streamline service to our participants who are experiencing complex and often stressful situations. Our qualified social worker brings a wholistic framework and brings extensive experience in the areas of child safety, positive behaviour support, and complex home and living situations.

They work with the participant, to form a set of goals that are indivdual to the participant and track this progress over the course of a plan. We have specialised software that can collate all of this information into a good report for your planning meeting and you can have access to your own dashboard to track your progress in real time.
